As a Receptionist your goal is to serve and provide superior support to patients while working hand-in-hand with dentists, dental assistants, and the team leader to ensure patient treatment time is maximized.
Your hard work and ideas are appreciated, we listen to our employees. Some dental knowledge is required and must be familiar with dental codes, dental procedures, teeth numbers, basic dental terminology.
A few specific duties :
Dental health records
Maintaining patient accounts
Insurance eligibility
Direct customer service
General housekeeping and maintain office stock levels as needed.

Qualifications : High school diploma

1-2 years of office experience
