Currently we are hiring a Greeting House Attendant to work day, afternoon and evening shifts. Holidays and weekend availability is required.

This job is seasonal and will run 5/20/24-10/15/24 (dependent on business needs)

Some but not all job duties and responsibilities for this position are listed below:

• Ensure homeowners and their guests are provided access to the property in the most expeditious manner possible.
• Screen the various vendors arriving at the property, allowing for legitimate personnel to enter.
• Assist in redirecting unauthorized visitors to exit the property when they do not have a valid reason for being on the property.
• Review previous shift activity log every day.
• Be aware of new or planned work on the ranch and what the process is for allowing new vendors access.
• Every shift, log of your activities which includes but is not limited to documenting your start time, any unusual or unexpected incidents during your shift, any functional deficiencies of the Greeting House (e.g., broken window lock, toilet will not flush, camera #2 is inoperable), and documenting your ending time.
• Inspect the facility for cleanliness and functionality which includes but is not limited to correcting minor deficiencies and reporting major deficiencies to a supervisor.
• Make your presence at the Greeting House known to all approaching and departing vehicles.
• All unknown vehicles should be halted in full view of the surveillance cameras.
• Screen unfamiliar vehicle occupants, ask for identification, and determine if they have a legitimate need for access.
• Obtain personnel rosters from contractors.
• Maintain the activity log by providing a description of the vehicle (and license plate number) and a description to include the number of occupants. Report any suspicious or unusual activity to a supervisor immediately.
• Report incidents and issues to a supervisor immediately, this includes but is not limited to, speeding vehicles and vehicles that enter without permission.
• Ensure the facility is cleaned up, trashcans emptied, doors and windows locked at the end of every shift. Check out with a supervisor at the end of a shift prior to leaving the facility.
