Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:

• Guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise customers on options and costs, offer additional services and special promotions, and schedule service appointments
• Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work, ensure customer's satisfaction, and more
• Maintain high CSI scores

Requirements - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:

• Automotive Service Advisor experience is preferred
• Toyota experience is preferred, all brand experience welcome
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Good work ethic and computer skills
• Dependable, pleasant, energetic, conscientious, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
