SUMMARY
Under the General Supervision of the Director of Material Management the Stockroom Clerk is responsible for all phases of supplies that enter the stockroom. The Stockroom Clerk will receive in, organize and deliver all items/equipment that arrive on and off-site locations. The clerk will fill in clinic /lab and items requisitions on a daily bases. Accurately record and receive all items in using the meditch System. Finally, the Stockroom Clerk will help manage the MM Aid and Volunteer as needed to secure timely delivery to the floors and facility.

SCHEDULE: 7.5hr Variable Shifts
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. (40%) Receiving Product: Manage the receiving process for all items/equipment as the product enters the facility. This includes organizing the space and deliveries to meet the needs of tour patients and staff.
2. (40%) Administrative MM Processes: Receive in orders and accurately record all transactions on the Meditech System.
3. (20%) General Duties: Fill and issue out General Store items requested by the floors. Organize, clean and maintain the stockroom area. This includes equipment that is sued on the floors to assist in receiving.
ATTRIBUTES:
Education Requirements:
Required: High School Diploma or GED Required.
Preferred: Two Year Degree in business or related field.
Required Experience:
Required: At least one year of experience in the Inventory/Stockroom Area.
Preferred: Two years of Healthcare related inventory is Preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.
PAY RANGE: $16.89 - $24.00
