Injection Mold Tool/Mold Maintenance

This job is located in Rochester Hills, MI.

General understanding of mechanics.

Operate all tool room machines.

Familiar with die/ mold structure principle and able to repair.

Have at least 3 years working experience in mold maintenance.

Use the crane to replace the mold and monitor the startup process of the injection molding machine and assist the supervisor to maintain normal production.

In the operation process, prevent and eliminate the factors causing defects.

Plan and perform all bench, machine, and finishing operations required to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot plastic injection molds.

Perform preventative maintenance of plastic injection molds by performing scheduled mold inspections which include the disassembly, cleaning and reassembly of mold.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
