ABOUT RCSD: The Rochester City School District is nestled in the heart of the vibrant and culturally rich city of Rochester, New York. of the Board’s policy on Evaluation of Professional Personnel.

Bachelor’s degree for provisional certification and appropriate additional graduate work for permanent certification

New York State Teaching Certificate in subject area
