  • You are a Global Operations project focal point and ensure that all Operations stakeholders (Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Validation Engineering, Functional Leads, Quality, Validation, Planning, Purchasing, Procurement and Label Control) needs are understood and communicated through the transfer process.

  • You establish and refine Technology Transfer standard work to continuously improve the transfer process. You actively seek out, create and implement new ways to drastically simplify our ways of working within the team.

  • You participate in and/or lead cross-functional teams to ensure the needs of the technology transfer project are met. You establish partnerships across other organizational groups (Lifecycle, Regulatory and other business partners) as required. This includes mentoring, coaching and leading other Technical Transfer Specialists in the execution of projects.

  • You prepare and deliver presentations of project results to others; you present data to larger and diverse audiences.

Who You Are

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering/Engineering Technology or Life Science discipline.

  • You have 5-8 years of mechanical/manufacturing systems development/technology transfer, or related experience.

  • You have a PMP certification or are willing to obtain it within 1 year, required.

Preferred

  • You have a Master of Science in an Engineering/Engineering Technology or Life Science discipline preferred with 5 or more years of experience in mechanical/manufacturing systems, or related.

Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted upon management and HR review

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
