Primary Responsibilities:
- Providing guests the highest quality food and beverages with a professional, attentive and friendly manner so guests have an exceptional dining experience.
- Maintaining proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Helping guests select food and beverages from our menu; suggesting pairings of wines and cocktails with food menu items and assisting with any other questions.
- Monitoring and controlling alcohol consumption by our guests to ensure guest safety.
- Contributing to a team environment and to help coworkers as needed.
- Excellence in customer service and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Bartender for a high volume restaurant.
- ServSafe and TIPS certified.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Clear understanding of beer, wine and cocktail menu.
- Knowledge of common cocktail recipes.
- A passion for culinary excellence, beverage knowledge, and guest service.
- Safe guarding the liquor and maintaining accurate inventory of all bar items.
- A strong sense of urgency and ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.
- An ambition to learn and face new challenges.
