Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly, must be able to upsell/suggestive sell!!!
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.

-Make drink according to our recipe guide.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service every single time!
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using a POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area with additional cleaning tasks based of need and business flow.
- Excellent communication and a teamwork mindset is essential to your success here!
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales.
- Provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries about menu items. 100% knowledge of the menu is key.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by lead server and management.

Skills:
- Culinary knowledge to accurately describe menu items and answer customer questions.
- Experience using OpenTable or similar reservation management systems.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures, including making change and processing credit card payments.
- Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials.
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and splitting checks.
- Excellent guest relations skills to provide exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with operating a cash register or POS system.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
