Roc City Furniture is hiring 1-2 new motivated sales professionals.

This is a unique opportunity to work for a locally owned company with a 17 year history of providing affordable furniture to Rochester and beyond.

You will get the chance to work closely with ownership and management, with ongoing one-on-one training in successful retail sales strategies, as well as merchandising, customer experience, and customer retention.

A motivated and results driven attitude is a must. You will be working with a small staff and thus will have many opportunities to interact with customers and directly effect your income potential on a daily Basis

Experience is a plus, however not required.

Additional requirements for the position include:

1: The ability to communicate clearly and extensively with potential customers.

2: The organizational skills to follow up with new leads, track sales, and handle multiple tasks.

3: Strong understanding of basic computer skills, such as navigating the Point Of Sales process.

4: The ability to handle some light to medium physical labor from time to time ( average 2-4 hours per week), such as assisting in loading furniture for customer pickups as well as assisting in unloading of stock deliveries where needed.

5: Some cleaning and remerchandising duties will be required. (average 3-5 hours per week)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
