Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Daycare Teacher to join our team. As a Daycare Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care. You will play a crucial role in their development by implementing age-appropriate activities and fostering a love of learning.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement lesson plans that promote physical, emotional, and intellectual growth
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and explore
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents/guardians
- Monitor children's behavior and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare, special education, or related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education is a plus)
