We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front End Associate. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is a vital role within our organization, as you will be the first point of contact for customers entering our store.

Duties:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Assist customers with locating products and answering any questions they may have
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area, including cash registers and checkout lanes
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations at the front end
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, safety, and security

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Basic math skills for calculating totals, giving change, and processing discounts or coupons
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
