Overview
· Analyze and process Workday transaction requests
· Respond to and triage HR systems case management requests
· Run and resolve the outputs of system audits
· Monitor and resolve Workday integrations errors and manage the integration vendor relationships for Tier I support
· Handle verification of employment requests and escalations, including in-person mail requests
· Prepare and submit annual EEO1 reports and biannual OES (Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics) reports
· Generate ad hoc, simple Workday reports
· Prepare and load basic Workday eibs
· Prepare metrics
· Cataloguing HR system case management requests
· Identify, implement and coordinate process and system improvements
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
· 2 years of HR operations experience.
· Proficiency in Workday or similar HR cloud based platforms.
· Strong analytical, communication, customer service and prioritization skills

Pay: $30.55 - $36.79 per hour
