Help us redefine the very foundation of robotics and build robots that are smart, collaborative, robust, safe, flexible, and genuinely autonomous. As a Customer Success Manager at Robust AI, you will join a small fast-paced team working to sell, deploy, support, and expand the next generation of warehouse robotic systems. This is a high-visibility role that will provide an opportunity to work with all commercial and technical groups within the Robust AI organization. You will possess a unique combination of well-developed customer-facing skills, solutions and data analysis abilities, project management skills, training abilities, leadership, and relationship management through effective communications. You are also comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment can collaborate with a team and can pivot effectively.

Main responsibilities:

  • Work with Robust.AI early-stage customers to help size, deploy, support, and expand robotic systems 
  • Work with Robust.AI Sales Leadership to help size and position robotic solutions to both new and existing customers
  • Lead and drive the expansion of systems at stage customer sites
  • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Scale up systems to meet the growing needs of the customer.
  • Collaborate with Field Technicians to provide detailed training to customer teams onsite
  • Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Effectively communicate with customers daily to ensure the smooth operations of robots on-site.
  • Communicate and troubleshoot with Robust AI engineering team Strive for continuous improvement to improve service and support operations.
  • Track the success matrix to ensure required performance goals.
  • Manage customer satisfaction within the deployment period and process improvement.
  • Serve as the point of contact for escalated technical issues between (Robotics Software, Hardware, IT and Technical Support Teams, Engineering and Customer Success).
What you’ll bring to the table:
  • BS in Engineering or equivalent and at least 5 years of related work experience 
  • Ability to communicate technical/complex information both verbally and in writing.
  • Self-motivated and able to solve problems independently and in customer settings.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Knowledge of and interest in diverse technical topics, including software, hardware, and robotics.
  • Perform multiple tasks concurrently and respond to pressure situations effectively.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
  • 50% Travel required.
