Robling Architecture Construction, Inc. (www.robling.com) is a Design/Build company serving Palm Beach County looking for a highly qualified Estimator/Project Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Must have ten years minimum (verifiable) governmental and educational experience. A strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

• Must have ten years minimum experience in project management in construction management.

Position Specific Competencies/Skills Required: Knowledge of Building Code and construction methods to include FBC and UBC and ADA a plus.

• Be able to read and understand floor and site plans/drawing for multiple projects and translate these requirements to the finished product.

• Fluent spoken and written English/Spanish preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
