Robinson Terrace Rehabilitation and Nursingis currently seeking a Skilled Maintnance Technician.

Position Overview:This position is part-time. The Maintenance Tech reports to the Director of Maintenace.

Maintenance Technician Duties Include:

• Painting resident rooms and other parts of the facility.
• Lawn care including snow removal.
• Moving materials from room to room.
• Mechanical and general maintenance repairs/upkeep.
• "On Call" rotation with the rest of the Maintenance Department.

Requirements Include:

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 to 100 lbs.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Must work Weekends.
• General maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hand tools/uses.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus!
