The Pavilion Assisted Living Facility at Robinson Terrace, located in Stamford, NY, is currently seeking full-time and part-time Home Health Aids (HHA) or Personal Care Aids (PCA) for all shifts.

Must be a certified HHA or PCA in NYS.

HHA/PCA Duties Include:

• Attend first to resident safety above all other duties.
• Report any problems, concerns, or questions to the Case Manager immediately.
• Perform periodic checks on each resident to determine safety, comfort, stimulation, etc.
• Assist residents to program location and return residents to appropriate units.
• Be familiar with established emergency procedures.

Requirements Include:

• Previous experience with Geriatric population preferred.
• Strong computer skills necessary positive attitude and energy are musts!
• Ability to work effectively as a team member.
• Strong organizational & planning skills; ability to multi-task.
• HHA Certification in NYS.
