Job description

Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to assist in the day-to-day functions of our fast-paced office
  • Ensure that clients receive tailored services and support, functioning as the nexus between the customer and the company’s various departments. They manage accounts, respond to client queries, and proactively work to maintain a healthy, ongoing relationship with the customer base. They need to be able to answer phone calls and emails along with processing orders and ensuring our clients get top notch customer service from our company.
  • Collaborate with management to complete any necessary tasks and can work independently
  • Use office equipment and materials (computers, printers, fax machines, copiers, physical files, etc.)
  • Filing paperwork accurately
  • Checking orders
  • Research and source products
  • Maintain spreadsheet of products, inventory, and pricing
  • Willing to cross train

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Dependent on experience and ability to follow direction and complete tasks.
