The Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) will follow best practices to provide behavioral health services that foster supportive peer relationships with individuals involved in the peer support program. The CPS will demonstrate the ability to engage and serve peers, contribute to the overall success of the recovery process, and carry out all assigned duties with flexibility and an individual focus. The CPS will promote and contribute to the development of a culture of recovery and empowerment within and outside of Robin’s Home, Inc and will uphold the integrity of program goals. The CPS will provide leadership and supervision to CPS staff and create a supportive environment for growth. The CPS will report all matters pertinent to the successful obtainment of program goals and standards to the Executive Director.
