Founded in 1945 Robertson Jewelers... A family of clients, associates and jewelry professionals are passionate about the design, creation, and repair of fine jewelry are looking for a part time sales associate to join us Fridays and Saturdays in our beautiful location on the Historic New Milford Green. If you have specialty retail experience we would like to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be responsible for selling, servicing repairs and custom orders and designs. Maintaining knowledge of products and promotions and using this knowledge to assist and educate our clients on options available. Provide excellent customer assistance and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Work effectively with team members to ensure the selling floor, back rooms and our state of the art shop are clean and well maintained.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously
• Follow up on client's custom work and repairs
• Maintain client expectations for custom work and time frame for repairs
• Watch battery changes
• Proactively educate yourself on product knowledge, campaign promotions and merchandising standards.
• Ability to work a part time-flex holiday schedule to meet the needs of the business. Must be able to work full days. Additional hours open up with our holiday season schedule.

• QUALIFICATIONS
• 3 years of specialty retail experience
• Ability to think and react in a high energy environment
• Capability to maintain a "team oriented outlook"
• Innate sense of responsibility and accountability
• Ability to effectively maneuver around showroom, repetitive movements and prolonged standing.
• Professional wardrobe/attire
• Able to pass background check
• Have good English speaking skills
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work a part time-flex holiday schedule to meet the needs of the business. Must be able to work full days. Additional hours open up seasonally.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
