Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and excellent customer service skills. Duties: - Greet customers and assist with their service needs - Write repair orders and communicate with the service department - Provide estimates and recommendations for vehicle repairs - Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services - Answer customer inquiries and provide updates on vehicle status - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records Experience: - Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair shop preferred - Knowledge of vehicle maintenance including oil changes, shocks, struts, air brakes, suspension, and automotive diagnostics - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with cash handling is a plus Join our team and enjoy a rewarding career in the automotive industry!
