Roberts Oxygen, a leading distributor of industrial, medical, and specialty gases and related equipment, is actively seeking a dedicated and committed Fill Plant Supervisor for our Charlotte, NC industrial plant location.

The ideal Fill Plant Supervisor candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting in the daily planning and administrative functions related to management of warehoused inventories for all production aspects of operations.
Responsibilities and requirements include but are not limited to:
- High School degree required; Bachelor degree in Business related field is preferred.
- Multi or Bilingual is preferred, English required.
- Previous supervisory experience required.
- Experience with quality systems management for medical or food process manufacturing is preferred.
- Experience with managing and monitoring cylinder and production related inventories.
- Ability to understand and maintain cryogenic and vacuum equipment is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments is required.
- Manages and monitors federal, state, and local regulatory registration and renewal requirements.
- Process analysis to include data collection and interpretation.
- Detail oriented with strong personal organization skills.
- Ability to apply mathematical operation principles.
- Excellent writing, communication, and media presentation skills; comfortable communicating publicly and directly interacting in various environments.
- Strong computer skills and usage of FACTS and Microsoft Office Products to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet searching.
- Ability to lift 100 lbs.
