Roberts, Matejczyk & Ita Co., LPA is Hiring an Associate Attorney Near Seville, OH

Roberts, Matejczyk & Ita Co., LPA (“RMI”), an established AV-rated firm, seeks an Associate Attorney to join our reputable insurance subrogation practice. Experience is preferred, but all interested applicants are encouraged to apply. The qualifications for the position include:

  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Ohio
  • Identifying potential theories of liability
  • Drafting related correspondence and/or litigation documents/pleadings/motions
  • Handling court conferences, depositions, and trials
  • Providing client reporting and recovery analysis
  • Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and courts
  • Understanding insurance coverages, recoverable damages, and current law

RMI’s practice extends statewide across Ohio, with Indiana work as well. Excellent organizational and time-management skills are essential. The right candidate will be dedicated to growing professionally, focused on results and performance, and willing to become an integral part of our close-knit team.
