Duties/Responsibilities:

· The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the activities of Accounting Department staff in managing the full-cycle monthly closing process

· Demonstrate and uphold quality while consistently meeting financial reporting calendar deadlines

· Review and approve all entries into the general ledger system

· Maintain and reconcile all subsidiary ledgers including receivables, payables, and fixed asset/depreciation

· Ensure timely and accurate reconciliations of all bank transactions on a daily basis

· Support with annual audits of all types by external auditors

Education and Experience:

· 5 years of progressive accounting experience

· Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

· Demonstrated ability to lead a team

· Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

· Ability to meet structured deadlines
