OVERVIEW:
The HR Business Partner is responsible for the people operations at their assigned Mountain Park Health Center (MPHC) facility(ies). This position provides critical employee relations leadership, working closely facility leaders and employees at the HR Business Partners facility(ies). Additionally, the HR Business Partner is responsible for ensuring their facility(ies) remain sufficiently staffed, as well as overseeing employee-related compliance initiatives within their building(s). While this position is supervised by the HR Manager, Employee Relations & Talent Acquisition, this position indirectly reports to the Director of Operations at their assigned facility(ies).
