We are representing a multi-practice area law firm located in Chicago! They are currently seeking an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to join the Estate Planning and Probate division.

You will work closely with attorneys and clients in the preparation of estate planning documents and management of estate and trust administration matters. We are searching for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Estate Planning and Administration.
Job Duties:
- Document Preparation: drafting and reviewing various estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and beneficiary designations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Client Communication
- Legal Research
- Meeting Support
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
- Previous experience as an Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal.
- Proficiency in legal research techniques and resources.
