The New Customer Enrollment Specialist is the advocate of the customers for the Company, so empathy and compassion are paramount. The representative is responsible for the timely processing of all new patient accounts, coordinates the scheduling of services for assigned sales representatives, maintains customer files, and the production of all delivery paperwork.
