As a customer service agent, your responsibilities will include:

-handle incoming phone calls and direct them to where they need to go

-answer complex questions and assist in solving insurance situations

-handle insurance paperwork and set appointments

For this position, you will be required to get a 440 or 220 insurance license.

You must be able to work 40hrs a week. This is a full time position.

You must have strong communication skills and have a pleasant telephone manner.
