We are currently searching for a reliable crew member to join our team in maintaining a 200-unit apartment complex in Queensbury, NY.

Job Responsibilities - Work with other team members to complete:

• Landscaping: Lawn mowing, weed whacking, mulching, weeding, etc.
• Maintenance: Plumbing repairs, light changes, cleaning, painting, etc.
• Snow Removal: Plowing, shoveling, salting, etc.
• Construction: Assisting in with apartment turnovers and upgrades - demo, dry wall repair/installation, cabinet installation, etc.
• Other miscellaneous tasks when needed
• Afterhours work required based on snow removal needs and on call schedule

Requirements:

• Positive attitude, sense of humor, and desire to learn
• Experience in landscaping, maintenance, or general labor preferred
• Ready to work in a team oriented, fast-paced environment

• Typical hours: 8:00am-4:30pm
