Requirements
Must have a current and activeGeneral Lines Life and Health license
General Lines Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
Sales experience with a growth mindset (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Good communicator--excellent listening skills and ability to explain complex information in a simple and concise manner.
Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
Fearless, positive attitude, and willingness to be accountable for results.
Organized, detailed-oriented, and excellent time-management skills.
Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively and independently.

Experience

Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
1 years of sales experience outbound calling
1 years of experience a life insurance agent with demonstrated closing success
Experience with Universal Life Insurance, Whole Life Insurance, and Term Life insurance.
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex topics succinctly.
Proactive, self-motivated with a drive to meet and beat objectives.
