Robert Bearden Inc. is looking for qualified Company Drivers that want to run the Southeast Region and be Home Weekly!

Here's what you can expect by joining the RBI family :

• Drivers are Home Weekly Guaranteed (weekends not guaranteed)
• $1500 Sign-On Bonus
• Starting pay is $0.55 CPM plus $0.02 CPM bonus once you hit 10,000 miles each month
• Paid Orientation (Orientation every Tuesday)
• Will assist with travel and hotel expenses
• Detention & Layover Pay
• No force dispatch on headhaul; cannot refuse backhaul
• Macks and Volvos, 2019 or newer, equipped with APUs, Inverters, and Qualcomm
• 98% No Touch Freight / 80% Drop & Hook
• Consistent Lanes Year-Round servicing GA, FL, The Carolinas, Tennessee and out as far west as Houston, TX
• 12 Months of verifiable OTR Experience Required in the last 3 years
