Position Overview:
Robeks is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are maintained at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Assist in training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Customer Service: Uphold Robeks' commitment to exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
• Operational Support: Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Product Quality: Maintain high standards of product quality by overseeing the preparation of fresh juices, smoothies, bowls, and other menu items according to Robeks' recipes and specifications.
• Problem Solving: Address operational challenges in a timely and effective manner, proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with sanitation and food safety standards, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain a clean and safe environment for employees and customers.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the food service m
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to food service establishments.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
