1.0 FTE at Armstrong High School
Salary based on Teacher Collective Bargaining Agreement
Full-time benefits are included
Responsibilities:
Provide a consistent and safe learning environment for all students
Follow the plans and procedures put in place by the classroom teachers
Provide feedback to the regular classroom teacher
Work with students of varying ages and abilities
Support in a positive manner existing practices regarding student behavior and conduct
Attend and participate in all required staff meeting and department meetings
Collaborate and communicate effectively with teachers and support staff to meet the current needs of students and maintain a positive learning environment
Support with small group academic and behavioral instruction
Support the overall functions of the building
Other duties as assigned
Qualification:
Applicants must hold a current MN teaching license.
Ability to adapt to plans and specific classrooms
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with teachers and support staff to meet the current needs of students and maintain a positive learning environment
