Primary Job Duties: Assisting attorneys with acquisition, management, and organization of case documents for depositions, hearings, and at trial. This is an active and vocal job, including a high number of meetings with attorneys and staff, so positive communication skills are a must. Clerical and general administrative duties include but are not limited to typing, filing documents, and related case management duties.

Qualifications: Proficient with Microsoft Word and Adobe; Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols (or eagerness/willingness to learn); Highest moral character and personal integrity; Occasional Travel; paralegal degree and/or legal experience requested, but not required.

Compensation: $50-$75,000 base salary, depending on experience level; bonus program; full healthcare benefits; 401(k) plan. COVID-19 vaccination mandatory. In-office attendance required (office location is 1200 Main St., in downtown Kansas City).
