Rob Roy Academy is seeking a Financial Aid Administrator for our Taunton and New Bedford Schools.
Rob Roy Academy is family owned and operated, and we are looking for the right candidate to fill this position. The right has at least one year of financial aid experience. (or a related field) The right individual thrives in a deadline-based environment, is detail oriented, organized, and self- motivated. This individual has excellent written and oral communication skills, collaboration skills and a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and the confidentiality of protected/sensitive information.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Administer Title IV and all other Financial Aid programs
· Guide and assist staff in maintaining contact with students and their families as they move through the Financial Aid application process
· Participate in annual Student Financial Aid audit and respond to other audits as needed
· Assist students and parents in completing FASFA forms; enter data and review resulting ISIR
· Identify students subject to Return of Title IV aid (R2T4)
· Keep abreast of Federal and State regulatory changes and attend training seminars/conferences as needed
· Coordinate with other departments as they relate to Financial Aid, to improve the educational experience for our students
