The location is Saturdays for Easton PA Having a car and drivers license it’s very important as you may be asked to fill in for someone at another location

We're seeking a dynamic Assistant Barista / Brand Ambassador to help us spread the joy of great coffee and create memorable experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coffee Preparation and Service- Skillfully prepare a wide range of coffee drinks according to company recipes and customer preferences. Ensure each cup meets our high standards for quality and taste.
• Customer Engagement- Serve as the face of Roastwell Coffee Roasters, engaging customers with a friendly and informative approach. Share your knowledge of our coffee origins, roasting process, and brewing techniques.
• Sales and Promotion- Drive sales and promote our brand by educating customers on our product offerings, including seasonal specials and merchandise. Encourage repeat business and customer loyalty through exceptional service.
• Event Participation- Represent our brand at various events and locations where our mobile trailer operates. Setup and breakdown the trailer and equipment as needed.
• Inventory Management- Assist in managing inventory levels of coffee supplies, retail products, and equipment. Ensure the trailer is stocked and ready for business.
• Maintenance and Cleanliness- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the mobile trailer, adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience making coffee drinks. Bonus points if you can run a real espresso machine.
• Passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about coffee roasting and brewing.
• Previous experience as a barista is preferred (but not required).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license/reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
