Dishwasher / Utility Job Details :

Dishwashers will take pride in Roasters N Toasters restaurant, by cleaning and maintaining multiple areas. Provides spotless dishes, silverware, immaculate restrooms, dining room floors and many other areas. Dishwashers have “extreme urgency of now”, knowing that the whole restaurant relies on everything cleaned by them.

Demonstrates strong teamwork and communication with other team members and management. Comes to work on time and in clean correct uniform.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Follows sanitation standards and procedures complying with health code regulations.
• Cleaning food and beverage equipment as well as daily care of foodstuff-relevant rooms (walls and floors)
• Responsible for the fast and immediate cleaning of “unforeseen incidents” (i.e., a plate falls on the floor).
• Cleans restrooms and maintains, sweeps and mops floors
• Keeps all cooking and serving utensils and plates clean & sanitary at all times.
• Maintains appropriate levels of needed dishes and utensils.
• Participates fully in environmental sustainability initiative, including recycling, waste reduction, and energy and water conservation.
• Ability to stand, bend reach and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
