Job: Full-time QMHP-A for Mental Health Community Support Services (will consider QMHP-T and QPPMH as well for the listed position)

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 depending on education and experience

Benefits (After 90 days): Medical, Dental, STD paid at 65% by the Employer; Vision, LTD, and Life paid at 100% by the employer. 1 Week PTO, 1 Week Personal, and at least 5 Paid Holidays per year.

Requirements:

• 1500 hours clinical experience working with adults living with mental illness
• Bachelor's degree in human service field (Social Work, Sociology, Nursing, etc.)
• A current QMHP-A (or QMHP-T) certification from the Department of Health Professions (DHP)
• (Associate's Degree can inquire about employment opportunities too.)

• Current CPR and First-Aid certifications (can train)
