Job Description:

Roanoke Landscapes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hardscaping Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating landscape jobs, with a strong background in hardscaping sales. The Hardscaping Sales Representative will be responsible for meeting with clients to discuss their landscaping needs, preparing accurate estimates, closing sales, and light project management. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for staying organized, and a proven track record of producing profitable hardscaping projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.
• Develop creative and accurate landscape designs tailored to client specifications.
• Present design proposals and effectively address client inquiries and concerns to secure sales.
• Source materials and coordinate delivery.
• Ensure seamless project execution by liaising with the project manager, providing necessary support, and maintaining clear communication throughout.
• Foster strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and conducting regular follow-ups.
• Conduct walk-throughs as needed during projects to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in hardscaping sales and design.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in estimating landscape jobs, with a focus on hardscaping.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Construction estimating
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of hardscaping materials, techniques, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
