Job purpose

Assist small businesses with their accounting needs, financial projections tax needs, and tax preparation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Certified Public Accountant

Training or Expertise

Multilingual, Public accounting degree, tax preparation, QuickBooks, Audit experience, small business expertise

Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar positions

Tax experience, tax preparation for small businesses and individuals

Customer service

JOB FUNCTIONS

Perform daily accounting tasks such as customer collections, invoicing, payment requests, etc.

Advise Small Businesses in tax matters and financial decisions

Calculate Tax Returns

Examine Financial Records

Prepare Financial Documents

Organizing and updating accounting records as needed

Performing regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures and investments

Forecast revenue and analyze profit margins

Brief regularly business owners on their financial status

REQUIRED SKILLS

Proven work experience as a Certified Public Accountant or Senior Accountant

Strong in customer service

Decision-making

Communications and collaboration

Strong written and verbal communication skills (English). Other languages are a plus.

Work independently and manage frequent changing needs

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, anticipate issues, stay calm under pressure and work within ambiguity

Positive, proactive, and approachable personality

Proficient in QuickBooks, Advance Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook

Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail

Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information

Salary: $110,000 to $140,000 USD yearly
