Position Summary:

Account Executives are B2B sales (closers) professionals that sell to decision makers (primarily virtually via Zoom meetings). This is a high impact position that is at the forefront of our growth model. We provide you with the support of a remote-based sales development team (150 employees) to assist you with growing the pipeline in your territory. In return, you can focus on acquiring new business, following up and closing the deal.

The Account Executive must possess an intrinsic motivation for success, by committing to what you love, which consists of strategic hustling, informative consulting, and in-turn, closing. You must be able to count your victories, learn from your mistakes and possess an iron resolve for continuous advancement in your career!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Virtual meetings via Zoom with prospective customers along with limited field work where needed
  • Present, consult and sell RoadRunner's management, sustainability, and cost savings initiatives
  • Accurately maintain a full sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Be an expert navigating the sales process - (must be able to quickly understand the who/how/when and why for the outcomes that are made)
  • Ability to leverage a top-tier Inside Sales team to acquire new service contracts monthly

Skills and Experience:

  • 3 years of B2B sales experience, in a hunter capacity, with a "proven track record of closing deals"
  • A desire and commitment to become an expert in the industry and our services.
  • Stellar work-ethic
  • Comfortable working solo in a fast-paced, tech-enabled, virtual environment
  • Exceptional time management skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
