RoadRunner Harley-Davidson, a subsidiary of RumbleOn is looking for a Service Scheduler to assign work and manage the schedule of our factory trained technicians, who perform maintenance and repairs on motorcycles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule the work and duties of Service Technicians, assigning work, and following up on completion of assignments
• Assign and schedule work duties to Service Technicians according to individual skill level and specialty
• Schedule service appointments as workflow heightens
• Invoice customers and help track billing information
• Make purchase orders for supplies
• Administrative duties as assigned
