Roadrunner Drilling and Pump Company Inc. is a full-service drilling and pump company based out of Woodland, CA specializing in the Municipal, Agriculture, and Domestic well industries. We are currently hiring an experienced helper, that will assist on both the drilling and pump side.

Helper Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to perform demanding physical tasks in unpredictible environments.
• Mechanical and general tool knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, twist, push, and pull.
• Ability to perform minor maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers.
• Ability to operate machinery (backhoe, forklift, etc.).
• Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• A strong commitment to safety.
• Dedication to punctuality and attendance.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Clean DMV record and valid Class C license.

This job requires overtime, as well as occasional weekend and shift work depending on the project.

Preference will be given to applicants that have a valid Class A CDL.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
