Pricing (ERP) Order Processing Associate - Warehouse/Office Setting

Roadcase.com, a leading manufacturer of high-quality road cases for the audio, visual, and staging industry, is currently hiring for the position of Pricing (ERP) Order Processing Associate; and looking for an outgoing and dynamic person to fill the role! This warehouse-based position offers growth opportunities as our company expands, and we are looking for individuals who are adaptable and willing to take on new or different responsibilities as we continue to evolve. The ability to shift and pivot is critical for this position.

This is a full-time, in-office (warehouse setting) position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - overtime when pre-approved. Our offices are directly connected to our manufacturing facility, fostering regular collaboration and interaction with the teams working on production in an industrial/warehouse setting. This is not a remote position, and working from home is not an option.

Responsibilities:

• Pricing updates within the (Fulcrum) ERP for new cases being designed.
• Working with Design and Sales team to ensure customer specific pricing is defined and maintained within the ERP system.
• Completing amendments of existing pricing where requested, due to a change in strategy and/or customer negotiated rates.
• Professionally handle inbound phone calls and email requests from clients.
• Promptly provide accurate quotes and information to clients, as needed.
• Prepare various documents used in case production within the warehouse.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurately managed and meet client deadlines.
• Proactively contact clients to verify and update address details prior to order shipment.
• Provide clients with shipping quotes, diligently following up with tracking information.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, offering timely updates on the status of their orders.
• Utilize Solidworks drawings provided by the design team to create new part numbers in the sales system.
• Work closely with the shipping department to effectively plan daily and weekly shipping needs based on order due dates.
• Some prior sales experience is highly valued.
• Experience using FULCRUM (or other ERP) software is a HUGE PLUS!!

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

This position is offered as a full time position, however, the first 90 days are considered a probationary period for all hired employees.
