experiences. As a Client Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our sales
department, driving customer engagement, and contributing to the success

Customer Outreach:
Proactively reach out to potential customers through
phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate leads
and build relationships.
Lead Management: Effectively manage and prioritize incoming leads,
ensuring timely follow-ups and providing relevant information about our
vehicle inventory and promotions.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule and confirm appointments for customers to
visit our dealership, coordinating with sales consultants to ensure a smooth
transition from initial contact to showroom visit.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest features, specifications,
and promotions for all car models in our inventory to provide accurate
information to customers.
Customer Education:
Educate customers on financing options, special
promotions, and additional services offered by the dealership to meet their
automotive needs.
CRM Utilization:
Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
system to track customer interactions, manage leads, and streamline
communication with the sales team.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts in
closing deals, addressing customer queries, and facilitating a seamless car-
buying experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the
automotive industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
