Compensation Structure:
- $60,000 per year – Guaranteed Draw
- 40% Commission on New Business Revenue
- 25% Commission on Renewal Business Revenue
Responsibilities:
- Work incoming leads as well as generate new prospective business leads
- Fully understand and educate clients on the various needed trucking coverages
- Track communication and deal flow through notes and activities within agency CRM system
- Build complete files and gather needed documentation to submit for quotes
- Review, sell and close competitive insurance quotes to prospective clients
- Maintain account relationships with clients throughout the policy period

Requirements:
- Active 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license
- Sales & Business Development background
- General knowledge of the trucking & transportation industry
