Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales revenue
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Skills:
- Catering experience is a plus
- Proficient in basic math for handling cash transactions and calculating tips
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service principles
- Familiarity with point-of-sale software
- Strong hospitality skills to provide excellent customer service
