Ro-Mac Lumber & Supply, Inc. in Leesburg, Florida is hiring an Inside Sales Coordinator. We are looking for someone to assist the Outside Salesmen in their customer service activities. This includes creating estimates from quotations provided by OSR, sourcing product needed to to fulfill job requirements, taking customer and vendor phone calls and responding quickly and efficiently. The coordinator is responsible for the accurate invoicing of materials.

The ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic, a team player, with great customer service skills. Product knowledge is a plus.

Job Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills related to the lumber and supply industry
• Building material experience preferred
• Proficiency using a computer
• Problem solving skills
• Work well individually and in a team environment
• Ability to show up regularly and on time
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug test
