Ro Health is looking for enthusiastic Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are excited to work in the schools and make a big impact with students! We are currently hiring BTs and RBTs to work at School Districts throughout the Bay Area for the currently ongoing 2024 Spring School Term including districts in the Oakland, CA area! Opportunities are available for BTs to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)!

BT/RBT Position Details:

• Specialty: School BT or School RBT
• Positions Available: Full-Time
• Location: School Districts throughout the Bay Area including in Oakland, CA
• Schedule: M-F during school hours
• Target Start Date: ASAP for the currently ongoing Spring School Term 2024

BT/RBT | Duties May Include

• Carrying out and implementing behavior plans
• Use of ABA principles to teach adaptive behaviors such as language, socialization, play, self-help, and motor skills
• Data collection
• Working as a team to promote goal achievement and maintenance of a safe, productive environment
• Collaborating with other staff members and across disciplines

BT/RBT | Position Requirements

• CPR Certification
• Education: Associates Degree, Bachelor's Degree or the combination of a High School Diploma or Equivalent plus willingness to take and pass a paraeducator exam
• Strong ability to work in a team environment
• Enthusiasm for working with kids with developmental disabilities
• Previous school experience is preferred
