We are currently seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team and provide exceptional one-to-one skilled nursing services to our patients. As a 1:1 provider, you will be responsible for implementing dynamic care plans that improve overall health and functionality, creating lasting impacts on kids and families while promoting a more inclusive society for special needs populations.

Position Details:

· Specialty: Home Health

· Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 4:30pm

· Target Start Date: ASAP

· Pay: $40- $45

Minimum Qualifications:

· Current CA State Nursing License

· Must have one year LVN experience required

· Current CPR/BLS Card
